The SIG SAUER P229 M11-A1 Compact (10 Round) is a premium double-action/single-action (DA/SA), semi-automatic pistol inspired by SIG SAUER’s military and law-enforcement M11 service heritage. Built on the proven P229 platform, the M11-A1 combines rugged metal-frame construction, compact dimensions, and classic SIG reliability in a refined 9mm package.

The M11-A1 features a 3.9-inch barrel, a durable Nitron®-finished stainless steel slide, and an aluminum alloy frame for a balance of strength, handling, and reduced weight. The pistol uses SIG’s traditional DA/SA operating system with a decocking lever, allowing a heavier double-action first shot followed by lighter single-action trigger pulls.

Designed with military-inspired features, the M11-A1 includes SIGLITE® night sights, corrosion-resistant internal components, and ergonomic two-piece grip panels. This configuration includes a 10-round magazine, making it suitable for jurisdictions or applications requiring reduced-capacity magazines while maintaining the classic P229/M11-A1 platform.
